Voxx Private Limited is extremely pleased to announce a 10-year partnership with Fairfax Furniture in the U.S., to operate Fairfax’s help line. This “win-win” deal, based on Voxx’s visionary new-millennium strategy, will catapult us to the forefront of the call center industry.

In preparation for this exciting new relationship Voxx is announcing several “groundbreaking” initiatives. We’re “putting our rupees where our mouth is” by making extensive human and capital investments. Our staff will be trained using our newly improved state-of-the-art cultural immersion technique, the Voxx Americanization Method, or V.A.M. We also have a plan in place to be ISO certified by the year 2010.

Our existing customers call in hungry for our service, and we always send them away satiated. We at Voxx have every confidence that our Fairfax Furniture customers will be equally satisfied, if not more.
